INVITE AL-HIRZ TEAM
Invite Okasha Kameny and Al-Hirz team to your community.
Invitation Policies:
- Al-Hirz Institute does not facilitate the invitation of a single Al-Hirz team member. Rather accommodations have to be provided for atleast two more team members to accompany the primary guest.
- Invitations from within the United States have to be booked 6 months in advance of the planned event in order to be considered by the Al-Hirz team.
- International invitations have to be booked 1 year in advance of the planned event and have to be accompanied with the necessary visas and documentations from the governments of the countries from which the invitation originates from.
- If any government seeks to invite the Al-Hirz team, then in that case it must be followed by an official invitation document from the office of the president, king, sultan, emir of the country.
- Any change in any scheduled event must be communicated with the Al-Hirz admin (admin@alhirz.org) at least a month before the event.
- All intended programs must be communicated clearly with the Admin. Al-Hirz wont be implied to follow through with plans which we weren't made aware of.
